Susumu Nishizawa (西澤 晋 Nishizawa Susumu), born 9 July 1962 in Okayama, is a Japanese storyboard artist and animation director. He has previously used the pseudonym Fu Chisaka (千坂 ふう Chisaka Fū) while working on Detective Conan, which seems to have been contract related[1].

Biography
Susumu Nishizawa was from Nakamura Production (中村プロダクション). He made his debut as an animator in the anime Fang of the Sun Dougram (太陽の牙ダグラム) in 1981. Nishizawa was fairly active in the 90s, when he worked within Studio Z5 (スタジオZ5). After that, he worked for Marvie Jack for a while too, however, due to the disbandment of the company's animation department, he became freelance and now affiliated with company R.I.C. (動仕会社R.I.C). He was actually miscredited before as Fu Nishizawa (西沢 普) and Fu Ishizawa (石沢 普). Furthermore, his blood type is O.
Nishizawa joined the production of the Detective Conan anime in 2012, starting with Episode 666: The Rainy Night Menace, whereupon he spontaneously did storyboard works throughout the anime. Until 2014, Episode 729: The Diamond, the Painting, and the Great Actress, he quit the Detective Conan production team. He then returned to the production in 2018, however this time using the alias Fu Chisaka (千坂 ふう), serving as technical director for OP 47 Countdown.
In 2023, he was in charge of the character design of the Detective Conan spin-off story: The Culprit Hanzawa.
