Case

Situation

Part 1

The Detective Boys are on a camping trip but Professor Agasa forgot the tent. They then wander to a castle owned by an old mistress and learn that there's a secret treasure in the castle. Mitsuru Mamiya is actually the second husband of the eldest Mamiya daughter.

Attempted Murder
	Location: Secret passage Victim: Conan Edogawa Suspects: Katsuo Tabata, Mitsuru Mamiya, Takahito Mamiya, and Masuyo Mamiya Conan finds a clue to the treasure and enters a secret passage but is attacked by an unknown assailant.

The Detective Boys, Haibara, and Agasa begin searching for Conan but have no luck. Pausing their search, the group eats dinner and discusses the chess pieces in the garden and the mystery treasure in the castle. During dinner, Mitsuru tells the group about the burnt tower and about a supposed curse that has resulted in the tower being locked.

Arson - Accident (Past)
	Location: Tower Victim: Eldest daughter of Mamiya Family, her friends and one of Masuyo's maid Cause of death: Burned to death Five years ago, the eldest daughter of Mamiya Family returned from oversea to celebrate her mother, Masuyo, birthday. However that night, she and several friends and one of Masuyo's maid were burned to death by a fire accident.

Unusual Death (Past)

Location: Forest Victim: Mitsuru Mamiya's assistant Cause of death: Starvation Suspects: Katsuo Tabata, Mitsuru Mamiya, Takahito Mamiya, and Masuyo Mamiya Mitsuru Mamiya's assistant explored the burnt tower two years ago, but never returned. Ten days later, the assistant was found starved to death in the nearby forest. The police ruled the assistant's death as accidental from becoming lost in the forest. After this discovery, maids working at the castle spread the rumor that the assistant died of a curse by the mistress and the others who perished in the fire.

After dinner, Agasa and Haibara realize that something must have happened to Conan to prevent him from contacting anyone. Agasa is about to phone the police to investigate but upon seeing Conan's hat in the hallway, he is lured to an opening in the wall.

Attempted Murder
	Location: Secret passage Victim: Professor Agasa Suspects: Katsuo Tabata, Mitsuru Mamiya, Takahito Mamiya, and Masuyo Mamiya Peeking in the opening to a secret passage while looking for Conan, Agasa is attacked by the same culprit who attacked Conan.

Part 2

When nighttime comes, Haibara investigates freely and is accompanied by the Detective Boys. They enter the same secret passage as Conan did and wander out of another secret entrance. Genta remains trapped in the passage and captured by the culprit.

Kidnapping
	Location: Secret passage Victim: Genta Kojima Suspects: Katsuo Tabata, Mitsuru Mamiya, Takahito Mamiya, and Masuyo Mamiya Genta is kidnapped while in the secret passage.

Mitsuhiko investigates the doorway to the castle's tower and disappears. Haibara and Ayumi investigate the abandoned tower of the castle and find the culprit using a secret entrance connected to the castle.

Attempted Murder
	Location: Toilet in the burned tower Victims: Ayumi Yoshida and Ai Haibara Suspects: Katsuo Tabata, Mitsuru Mamiya, Takahito Mamiya, and Masuyo Mamiya Ayumi was followed by someone upon she entered the tower! Luckily Ai saved her by hiding themselves inside a secret tunnel.

Resolution

Haibara and Ayumi find a corpse inside the secret tunnel in the tower and realize who the culprit is pretending to be, the grand mistress. The culprit is Masuyo Mamiya and she then chased them throughout the corridor. When Haibara and Ayumi were coming out from under a floor tile in the castle main hall, the culprit grabs on and tries to kill them. Then Conan, Mitsuhiko, Ahaasa and Genta appear, thanks to that Mitsuhiko used Conan's glass that the culprit purposely dropped to find where the three are confined. Conan reveals that he know the current grand mistress is an imposter because she knew the change in passport.

After re-uniting with the everyone, Conan reveals the location of the treasure. The treasure was the castle, and a beautiful scene. The culprit breaks down realizing that they wasted 10 years and killed a huge number of people just for this. The culprit is captured.

A remastered version of both episodes aired on February 13th and 20th, 2010.
