Akira Tsuchiya (土屋 日 Tsuchiya Akira) is a Japanese storyboard artist and technical director. He takes part in the production of Detective Conan anime.

Biography
Akira Tsuchiya joined the production of the Detective Conan anime in 2006, starting with Episode 435: Information Gathered About the Detective Boys (Part 1); in the following year, Tsuchiya quit the production team after serving as storyboardist and episode director for Episode 451: Trick vs. Magic (Part 2).
In all episodes that he was involved, entailed Yukari Kobayashi as the animation director.
