Trivia
- When Genta remembers how he gave Agasa his damaged Detective Boys Badge for repairs, the shop on whose front the two have met has posters from Jolly Roger in the Deep Azure hanging in its windows.
- Osamu Yoda's van is a 1995 Dark Blue GMC Safari.
- When Conan asked Haibara, "You mean, you did not help him this time?", he is referring to the code that she helped Agasa to make for Detective Boys in The Shinto Shrine Torii's Surprising Code.
- In one of the codes, Agasa did say that he is still 53 blank blank, which refer to The Tragedy of the Pier in Plain Sight on his 53rd birthday.
- This case shows that Agasa is severely nearsighted without his glasses.
