Plot

Ten or so centuries ago, there were three civilizations that secretly flourished in the world. Those civilizations produced the magnificent and very rare “Three Great Mysterious Treasures.” And even though those civilizations fell, the treasures were still somewhere on their land.

Present day. As the world watches, the Suzuki Financial Group, having managed to acquire the treasures, builds a giant theme park based on those three civilizations. But just as the park is about to open, Jirokichi Suzuki receives a calling card announcing that the Phantom Thief Kid will steal the treasures.

In order to stop the Phantom Thief Kid’s criminal act, Conan hurries to the treasure![1]

Gameplay

This game is a scrolling runner, with the player getting to control Conan in his Turbo Engine Skateboard through the course with Kid Metals and obstacles. There are 30 courses in this game, 3 areas of each 10. The first area is the Subtropical Marine Park, the second is Ancient Ruins and the third is Ice Shrine.

The player can jump or crouch to avoid the obstacles, and move left or right with the analog stick. The player has 5 HPs, which are drained each time every time when they get hit by an obstacle. Losing 5 HPs or falling into a hole will lose you the course, and you have to retry. Each level has a three-star system, which they're requirements for the final level (like in the first area's final level, which requires 18 stars).

Through the levels, you can encounter "Support Skills" of the ally characters to give you a unique skill to help in the course.

  • Ran Mouri (Heart Recovery)
  • Kogorou Mouri (Speed Down)
  • Ai Haibara (Poison Recovery)
  • Professor Agasa (Time Stop)
  • Detective Boys (Kid Medal Suction)
  • Sonoko Suzuki (Kid Medal Double)
  • Makoto Kyougoku (Damage Reduction)
  • Heiji Hattori (Jump Power-Up)
  • Shuuichi Akai (Invincibility)
  • Tooru Amuro (Float)

In the middle of certain courses, Kaito Kid would suddenly appear to use his dangerous magic to obstruct your path forward, with a special course themed around him and the player has to avoid its obstacles to reach until the end.

There's also Online Rankings, in which you can compete with other players' high scores in Japan, and Missions, in which you can take missions for each stage.
