Hatsuki Tsuji (辻 初樹 Tsuji Hatsuki), born in Hokkaido, is a Japanese director, storyboard artist and animation director. He takes part in the production of Detective Conan anime, movies and OVAs.

Biography
Hatsuki Tsuji graduated from the graphic design department at the Asagaya Art Academy in Tokyo (東京・阿佐ヶ谷美術学園グラフィック・デザイン科). He was a former girls' manga artist and also once drew a manga named Detective Holmes (名探偵ホームズ) in an old Animage supplement. After working as an assistant to Yumiko Igarashi (いがらし ゆみこ), he entered the anime industry at the age of 26.
He used to affiliate with the studio Gallop (ぎゃろっぷ), but is currently freelance. Occasionally, he participates under the name Takeaki Enomoto (榎本 たけあき Enomoto Takeaki). Even now that he has passed his 60th birthday, he continues to be active, including drawing storyboards for many episodes of his directorial works.
Tsuji first joined the Detective Conan anime production in 2009, starting with AO case Episode 556: Intersection of Fear. Then, he quit the anime production from 2010 onwards. In 2020, he returned and became active as storyboardist for the Detective Conan anime episodes.
