Trivia
- This game contains an original protagonist called Rai Ryujin, who never appeared in the Manga or the Anime and can be controled by a second player in 2P mode. His name seems to be a combination of the Kami Raijin and Ryujin. His design looks a bit like Conan Edogawa with blue hair, wearing a basecap and wielding a bamboo sword.
- Similarly, there's a girl called Fuu living at Mt. Tengu, who also exclusively exists in this game. Her name seems to be derived from Fujin, while her character design is based on another character from the Manga, Nadeshiko Yamato. She attacks with a Tamagushi.
- It's the only one of the three games featuring Takeshi Onimaru as a human at the start of the game.
- For some reason, the game ends with an original cliffhanger, with Onimaru and some of the demons who were beaten in the Manga and the Anime still at large and reforming, including some new and game-exclusive characters like Hachi-Otoko ("Bee Man"), who looks a lot like Kumo-Otoko, seemingly teasing a sequel that never came to be.
