Canon
Konosuke Jii
Konosuke Jii discovers Kaito's identity during their confrontation on a rooftop in volume 1. At first, Jii mistook Kaito for being Toichi, Kaito's father. After this confrontation, Jii stops dressing up as the Kaitou Kid since Kaito takes the role over.[1] Instead, Jii opts to assist Kaito in any way he can with his heists, although he's concerned for Kaito's well being.
Akako Koizumi
Akako Koizumi discovers Kaito's identity after her magic mirror reveals that there is only one man on Earth able to resist her: Kaitou Kid. When Kaito turns down the offer of getting one of Akako's chocolates on Valentine's Day in return for throwing away the others he's received, Akako puts two and two together and realizes Kaito must be Kaitou Kid.[2] Kaito continues to deny this allegation but does occasionally listen to Akako's advice.
Akako's assistant
Akako revealed Kaito's identity to him.[3]
Ruby Jones
Ruby Jones (ルゼイ ジョーンズ Ruzei Jōnzu ) discovers Kaito's identity during the events of the Golden Eye heist. She pretends to be an American insurance company investigator to help protect the Golden Eye when in reality she's Chat Noir, a French thief known for stealing cat's eye jewelry. During the Golden Eye heist, Ruby manages to grab a hold of Kaito's disguise and pull it off, but luckily for Kaito, the lights shut off before anyone else can see his real face. In the TV Special, Ruby figured out that Kaito was really Kaitou Kid by the fact that he mentioned about the birthstone of December in France is malachite (マラカイト marakaito ) and that Aoko mentions how Kaito's birthday is in June. From that she figures out Kaitou Kid's real identity.
Chikage Kuroba
In the manga version, despite not actually seeing Kaito go into Toichi's secret room, Chikage Kuroba heard the panel to the room open from where she was standing in the house with Aoko.[4] However, she later refers to him as her "Kid Jr." and "Magician Under the Moonlight-san". In the TV special, Chikage is not suspicious because she was away in Las Vegas at the time Kaito discovered Toichi's secret room. Chikage was the "Phantom Thief Lady", once saved by the soon-to-be Phantom Thief KID Toichi. As such, she knew that Toichi was Kaitou Kid.
Jack Connery
He blackmailed Kaito to make him cooperate.
Phillip Maximilian of Ingram
In volume 4, Prince Phillip Maximilian of Ingram whispers to Kaito that if he's Kaitou Kid or not. Later at the top of the train, Kaitou Kid shows his full face and Phillip discovers it.

Saguru Hakuba
Saguru Hakuba first becomes suspicious of Kaito's secret identity after using his grandfather's analyzer on a piece of Kaitou Kid's hair. The results of the analysis come up a perfect match for Kaito.[5] Despite Saguru's careful planning in proving Kaito is Kid he is fooled when Akako dresses up as Kid and covers for Kaito. Realizing Kaito and Kid couldn't be in the same room together, he is stumped.[6] However, Saguru is still convinced that Kaito is Kaitou Kid when Saguru calls Kaito from Paris in order to give him some information on 'Chat Noir', a dangerous, fellow gem thief trying to outshine Kid. Though Kaito continues to vehemently deny being Kid, Saguru gives him the information anyways, ending the conversation with, "Do your best at least. I don't want to see you lose to anyone before I capture you myself". In the Sun Halo Heist, Saguru witnessed Kaito riding a motorbike to school and subsequently prepared a squad of motorcycle experts from the police headquarters for the heist, showing that Saguru still believes that Kaito is Kaitou Kid, despite still not having definitive proof of that.
Ginzo Nakamori
Ginzo Nakamori becomes suspicious of Kaito when he saw a glimpse of Kaitou Kid's face by using a torchlight. He thought the face was familiar and stared at Kaito's face when he was eating dinner at his house. He stopped becoming suspicious of Kaito after her daughter, Aoko said Kaito attended the date till the last moment.
Aoko Nakamori
Aoko wasn't suspicious of Kaito until her father, Ginzo told her Kaito is Kid and he actually saw a glimpse of his face during a heist. She doesn't believe it at first but eventually believed it soon after. She also tried to prove Kaito's innocence by taking him on a date the same day Kid announced his next heist. Though Kaito got away during a movie watching, he somehow got back just after the movie finished, which led Aoko to drop her suspicions. In Sun Halo heist, her suspicions arose again when she took Kid's hat off and was shocked to see Kaito's face but fortunately for him, she believed that Kid was just disguised as Kaito to make her mad at him. While helping Kaito to open the keyholes, Aoko sensed the familiar breathing, gestures, smell, and voice of Kid and they were just like Kaito's which makes her suspect Kaito is Kaitou Kid. Three days later, on the bike, Aoko remembered when Kid's stomach was injured and softly gripped Kaito, Kaito then told her to grip tight or he would lose her along the way. Aoko later dropped her suspicions that Kaito is Kid and gripped him tight happily.

Yusaku Kudo
Ten years before the current timeline, Kaitou Kid issued a very difficult challenge to Yusaku Kudo through his son Shinichi. The message from Kaitou Kid to Yusaku was simply a "?" on a single piece of paper with no return address or way of contacting Kaitou Kid. Nevertheless, Yusaku sent the appropriate reply, a "!", along with Yukiko to be given to Toichi. There was no way for Yusaku to know to deliver the reply for Kid to Toichi without knowing Toichi is Kaito Kid or an accomplice. In addition a two panel exposition at the end of the chapter shows a pseudo-dialogue between Toichi and Yusaku that clarifies that Yusaku likely knows Toichi is Kaito Kid rather than an accomplice.
Toichi: Are you going to be able to stop me next time?
Yusaku: Yeah, of course![7]
Snake
Eight years before the current timeline Toichi was killed by Snake over a mysterious jewel known as the Pandora Gem. Snake ran into Kaito Kuroba as Kid eight years later and thought he was Toichi Kuroba who somehow escaped death.
Kaito Kuroba
Kaito Kuroba stumbles through a trap door in his room and discovers that his father, Toichi Kuroba, was the original Kaitou Kid.
