Mariko Komatsu (小松 真梨子 Komatsu Mariko) is a Japanese animator, she does key animation and animation director works for Detective Conan anime and movies.
Biography
Mariko Komatsu was formerly a production advancement who worked for animation studio J.C.Staff (ジェー・シー・スタッフ). Nowadays, she is frequently active among animation works done by Doga Kobo (動画工房), Production I.G (プロダクション・アイジー), Silver Link (シルバーリンク), A-1 Pictures and TMS Entertainment.
Komatsu joined the production of Detective Conan anime in 2013, and she only did key animation for Episode 692: The Evening Cherry Blossom Viewing Route on Sumida River (Part 1). In the same year, she served as assistant animation director, as well as key animator for the crossover movie Lupin III vs. Detective Conan: The Movie. She was also one of the key animators in the remade Episode 1001: The Moonlight Sonata Murder (Part 2).
