Masaki Kudo (工藤 柾輝 ,Kudō Masaki) is a Japanese animator. He does key animation and animation director works in Detective Conan anime and OVAs.

Kudo joined the production of the Detective Conan anime in 1997, starting with The Golf Driving Range Murder Case. After that, he left the production team for five years, and returned to the anime production in 2002. He then quit the production team in the following year. All of his contrbutions in the Detective Conan anime were animation directing.
