Background
He appears in episode 997 as an employee of the "Smile Village" nursing resort. His bosses were in fact scammers that planned to scam the four old pensioners. Fortunately, the Detective Boys stopped them, and he became the new chief director, as well as the new idol of the old women.
Personality
He is a man that obeyed his bosses, but when he discovered their real plan, he couldn't forgive them. He also became the new idol of the old women thanks to his heroic actions. Also, he is a man of few words, his only word heard throughout the episode being "Unforgivable!".
