Background
He appears in episode 996 as a falconer who has a hawk that was a suspect of the death of his acquaintance Genichi Takehara, the owner of a mountain café. His hawk wasn't the culprit, but a human, that turns out to be the wife of the victim.
Personality
He is a person who takes good care of animals and most notably his hawk. If someone mishandles animals, he will be angry, but is a good-hearted man.
