The Voice-Changing Choker is the twenty fifth gadget created by Professor Agasa. It was created for Shuichi Akai to change his voice as Subaru Okiya.
Description
A discrete voice changer that snugly wraps around the neck. It can be hidden under a high collar or a turtleneck collar with ease.
It was revealed in File 896 that this gadget was originally on the market which it was popular before it was taken off the market for Shuichi Akai disguise as Subaru Okiya. Once put it on, it uses the vibration of your throat in order to change your voice.
