Yoshihisa Matsumoto (松本 佳久 Matsumoto Yoshihisa) is a Japanese storyboard artist, technical director, and key animator. He takes part in the production of Detective Conan anime.

Biography
Yoshihisa Matsumoto debuted in the animation work Sonic Soldier Borgman (超音戦士ボーグマン) in 1988. Matsumoto joined the production of the Detetcive Conan anime in 2008, starting with the storyboard work of Episode 497: Clash of Red and Black (Awakening). In 2010, after serving as orgnizer and storyboardist for manga case Episodes 563~564: Detective Boys vs. Robber Group, Matsumoto quit the production team and has not returned yet.
