Kazuha identifies this chair, and confirms that the chair's height is 10cm below where the victim's feet would be while hung.
After solving the first mystery, the crew begin to exit the apartment building. While waiting for the elevator, third floor resident, Nanami, overhears the detective's talk of Kaizou Fuura, a man who caused the victim to be in large debt, and comments on how her husband, too, suffered great loses due to Kaizou Fuura's influence of investing in the stock market. At that moment, Kaizou Fuura appears from the elevator window shooting himself.
