The Kudo Residence is a stately mansion in the style of the Tudor and Tudor Revival architecture, located at no. 21 in the second block of Beika Town, a district of the fictional Beika Ward. It is the home of the Kudo family and temporary residence of Subaru Okiya since recently, taking care of the house after Ran Mouri and her friend Sonoko Suzuki did so since Shinichi Kudo's disappearance.

Ran Mouri visits the Kudo residence during her search for the vanished Shinichi Kudo, but only finds Professor Hiroshi Agasa there, together with a seemingly strange young boy, who, unbeknownst to her, is actually the shrunken Shinichi. He quickly cobbles together the new identity of "Conan Edogawa" with the help of some books from his father's study before leaving the mansion with her to move into the Mouri Detective Agency in a nearby block.
