<spoiler>While investigating, Conan and Kogoro deduced Komoda's dying message: 11 refears to the number's pronuntiation (Jū-ichi/十一) referring to Juichi Innami, and the 2 means in reality the kanji 乙 (Oto), referring to Otohime Park (乙姫公園), the park where Komoda usually hung out. In conclusion, the dying message means that Juichi Innami is related with the park and that probably something happened there that was witnessed by Komoda, and that's why he was killed. Now that they have those clues, they immediatly start to investigate the park, and after digging a hole, they find the dead body of Juichi Innami.
