Chiemi Hironaka (広中 千恵美 Hironaka Chiemi) is a japanese animation director and character designer main known for her work in Detective Conan. Formerly affiliated with Studio Boomerang, she now works with TMS Entertainment.
Works in Detective Conan
Chiemi Hironaka started animation in 2000, in episode 300 as an animator, before started as a key animation in 2002. She started working regularly with Keiko Sasaki and Rei Masunaga. In episode 568, she replaced Rei Masunaga and started as an animation director while still representing Studio Boomerang. In 2014, she left the studio to join TMS and is now a regular animation director for the series.
