Mitsuko Kase (加瀬 充子 Kase Mitsuko?), also called Atsuko Kase, is a japanese storyboard artist and director born in Fukushima.

She first started as an animator and in the 1980s became a director. She was one of the first women animators and the first women to do mecha anime art. She is famous for her work in Mobile Suit Gundam.
