Hiroaki Takagi (高木 啓明 Takagi Hiroaki ), also credited as "髙木啓明", is a Japanese organizer, storyboard artist and animator. He takes part in the production of Detective Conan anime and movies.

Biography
Hiroaki Takagi was originally affiliated with Studio Wanpack. Takagi joined the production of the Detective Conan anime in 2014, as key animator in Episode 750: The Man Who Was Betrayed by the Sea and has since been key animator in the episodes animated by Studio Wanpack. In 2016, he first became assistant animation director in Episode 842: Turning Point on a Driving Date. He has also started to work as assistant episode director, and episode director since Episode 872: Conan and Heiji's Nue Legend (Squealing).
After Studio Wanpack disbanded in 2018, he along with Miho Tanaka and Yui Ushinohama from the same studio continued to work in Detective Conan. In 2019, he first worked as storyboard artist in the case Episodes 944~945: The Cost of Likes.
