Situation
Kogoro, Ran, and Conan are having dinner at Restaurant Danny's Dining, when they witness the waiter Ryuta Someya punch his co-worker Yasuo Nashimoto in the face. Then Kogoro calls the police, while Ryuta flees from the restaurant. Few days later, Ryuta is arrested and being sent to Tokyo. Ryuta tried to escape the police car, but Takagi hancuffed Ryuta to himself. Later, Ryuta and Takagi accidentally fall into river, still chained.
