Kudō Rizuki is the first son of a school teacher couple in archipelago state, he was well educated and get to study outside his country born, after several years of studying overseas, he returned to his homeland and had a chance to become a college teacher, he likes to wear black clothes wherever he goes and has a necklace with a crow's symbol on his neck, that makes his student start calling him the Black Crows Teacher

He's a person who is quite calm, very friendly so as to make his students like his own friends, but when firmness is needed in educating, he is indiscriminate in giving punishment or advice
