Eiichi Tokura is affiliated with Mouse. Tokura joined the production of Detective Conan anime in 2021, starting with Episode 1021: Rondo in Bad Company, working along with the other representatives of the mouse studio: Kosei Takahashi and Yusuke Shimizu. He has been regularly working as animation director and key animator for the studio, until present.
