Kogoro, Ran and Conan were invited guest to a pro-wrestling show, where the main attraction was a wolf-masked wrestler from Mexico who never disclosed his face in public. Shortly before the most anticipated match, the opponent of the wolf-masked wrestler was found stabbed to death, and a hidden video camera recorded the murder, showing the culprit to wear the same wolf mask.

Inspector Megure, and Takagi and Chiba all begin the investigation. After some investigation, Conan is able to solve the case through the hidden video camera, which the killer tried using to their advantage. Conan stuns Kogoro, and solves the case, but the murderer goes on a rampage, until Ran unveils her "Shining Wizard!"

Kogoro, Conan, and Ran are all driving late at night, and their car stops by an office. The business clients there are testing new massage chairs. Kogoro becomes the person who decides which one is the best. Later that day, the owner of the office is found with a knife in his chest, and the main suspect escapes. Kogoro and Conan later find the suspect dead having crashed his car. Inspector Sango Yokomizo begins an investigation. The owner of the office is alive, but Conan doubts his story.

Inspector Yokomizo, Kogoro, and Conan all view a hidden camera that shows the man stab the office owner, and then leave. However, there is no sound, so Conan suspects something is fishy. After some investigating, Conan figures out that the office owner is a murderer, and stuns Kogoro and solves the case.

Detective Chiba and Conan both wake Kogoro up from a Sunday morning nap, because Inspector Megure needs Kogoro's assistance in a case. As Kogoro arrives, Inspector Megure and Detective Takagi begin the investigation of the killed man, who was a client of Kogoro's, as Kogoro's business card was found in his pocket. The man was the disciple of a famous novelist. The main suspect has a solid alibi. Can Conan solve the case?

Conan and the Detective Boys are all in a hospital, where they meet a sick friend from school. The kid is going to stay in the hospital for a very long time, and wants to enjoy one last day of fun. So, the Detective Boys decide to dress up like the boy, so that the boy can sneak away for a day. Conan is chosen as the one to stay at the hospital. Later, Conan is kidnapped! Sato and Takagi pretend to be lovers for a kidnapping ransom case and Takagi gets very nervous.

The Detective Boys are forced to go to the police after Conan does not answer their calls from his badge. Conan escapes from the hideout, but the kidnapper is later found murdered. Inspector Megure, Takagi, Sato, Chiba, and Tome all begin investigating. Conan is able to solve the case.

Conan manages to send a hidden message back to Heiji. Heiji claims he has solved the puzzle and leaves with his captor to unlock the safe box in the bank which contains evidence of her crimes. After they depart, the henchmen leaved behind to guard Kazuha reveals that once their boss was informed they she got the evidence, they were told to burn the house down with Kazuha and the PI inside, and make it look like yet another incident in a recent spate of arsons. Heiji reveals he was nervous with Kazuha.

Heiji revealed he was taking up the case of the private detective he came to visit in Tokyo. A housewife had wanted the PI to investigate some strange going-ons around her house, but later changed her mind, saying she might have imagined things. Shortly afterwards, she died in an arson in her home. First appearance of Inspector Yuminaga. Conan was going on a field trip the day Heiji and Mouri were going to investigate (which, of course, made Heiji very angry). It was very rainy that day, so Ran took out a teruterubozu to make sure it's sunny tomorrow. So that night, Heiji secretly made the teruterubozu face the other way so it would rain tomorrow and Conan could go with him tomorrow on the case.

Conan and Heiji noted that the arson occurred in the 4th precinct, and related to previous Red Horse arsons that occurred sequentially in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd precincts. They found clues that the victims all received corporate tokens in the form a red horse. Ran and Kazuha ran into a door-to-door salesman giving out similar tokens, and brought it back to Mouri Detective Agency which was located in the 5th precinct.

Conan and Heiji noted the similarity of the arson case to Agatha Christie's The A.B.C. Murders. They narrowed down the suspects to people around the victim of the 4th arson - her husband, her lover she was blackmailing, her sister who needed money but was refused help, and the door-to-door salesman.

Mouri, Ran, and Conan are invited by Ran's friend to attend their small birthday party. There, a woman is poisoned from drinking wine, but her wine was given after someone else took a drink already. Conan figures out the trick and proves the culprit to be the murderer. The culprit reveals that the victim was his girlfriend who kept on buying expensive items leaving him in debt.

While on an excursion, Agasa and the Junior Detective Club encountered four final-year college students in a camper. The four contributed differently to their camping trip: driving skills by one of the guys, fishing by the other, cooking by one of the women and money from the other. Conan contrasted the friendship of these four with Ran's friendship with Sonoko. First appearance of Elena Miyano. Professor Agasa tells Shinichi that he knows Haibara's father, who praised some of his inventions. For him, Haibara's father is a polite man while oppose to his wife.   Conan asks Professor Agasa about the news about Mr. Itakura's diary relating Tequila (surviving from Episode 311) but not much known.

Conan solves the case by revealing the fact that the body was tied to the ceiling window of the camper and dropped when the window was opened. Later, Ai allows Ayumi to call her Ai-chan instead of Haibara-san. Ayumi begins to call Haibara "Ai".

Mouri, Ran, Sonoko, and Conan are on a trip to play Tennis when it starts to rain heavily. Later, they find out that the Van has been washed away and that they are stranded. After walking around, they find a house owned by the same man they met at the Tennis Court. Later, the man asks them to call his mother down, but find her hanged in her room. Detective Yamamura is sent from Gunma to begin the investigation.

Conan solves the case but has lost his voice. Now he must assist the detectives on finding the criminal without using his voice or revealing too much about himself. The case is solved by giving hints to Mouri, Yamamura, and Sonoko.

Detective Mouri is hired by a rich woman to keep watch on her husband, as she fears that someone is after him. Instead, Ran's mother, Eri, and Shinichi's mother, Yukiko, arrive and take the position. After the rich man is murdered, the two women, along with Conan and Ran, must try to figure out who did it. It turned out that Yukiko and Kisaki were close friends in high school and two finalists in a Miss Teitan High School competition, the final results being a tie after all but one eligible votes had been cast, leading to a furor and the competition being discontinued subsequently. It is revealed that Yukiko and Eri were close friends in high school and was finalists in a Miss Teitan competition but it was a tie since one vote was missing.

Conan helps his mother to reveal the true culprit behind the murder. Yukiko starts to explain, and Eri quickly catches on to who the murderer is and helps her successfully solve the case. At the end, the rich woman is forced to pay Eri a great sum of money which she uses to help out Ran and Kogoro, who has lost a great deal of money on gambling. From Ran, Yukiko and Kisaki learned that the missing vote from their year's Miss Teitan High School competition belonged to Kogoro. The missing vote was from Kogoro and he voted for Eri since he thought "Miss" meant Mistake and voted for that "clumsy woman".

Yukiko brings Conan, Ai, and the Detective Kids to watch a Kamen Yaiba movie preview at a film making centre. Conan notices that a black car followed them all the way to the film making centre, and suspects that the car belongs to people from the Black Organization. Yukiko teases Conan about how popular he is, and Conan is surprised that Yukiko thinks Haibara likes him. As the movie preview was postponed, Yukiko left for the airport first and the kids went to one of the film worker's house to have a short nap before the movie. Later in the night, a murder occurs in the house. Yukiko tells Conan that Haibara has been staring at him all day because she likes him. Later, he tries to ask Haibara about it, but chickens out before doing so.

The biggest mystery in this murder case is how the murderer managed to leave the messy house in the dark without making a sound. Haibara notices the black car that has been following them and realises that they are being watched. She is wary but doesn't seem to be able to get Conan's attention away from the case. Will Conan notice Haibara's fear and suspicions before it's too late? It is implied that Shuichi Akai is suspicious of Haibara's true identity.

Kogoro receives a letter with a large sum of money from Keiji Asou requesting that he investigate Moonlight Island. On the island, they discover that Keiji was a famous pianist and has been dead for twelve years. They believe the client wanted them to investigate Keiji and so they decide to question the Mayor. They learn that Keiji's piano is in the community hall and that the previous mayor was discovered dead with the song Moonlight Sonata playing in the background and that Moonlight Sonata was the same song Keiji played on his piano during the fire that killed him. During the funeral for the previous mayor, Moonlight Sonata is heard from the piano room and they find another man murdered there. Conan interprets the letter as indicating that the murders are just starting. Conan and the others spend the night near the piano along with Dr. Narumi Asai. The police interrogate everyone the next day who were at the funeral but another man is murdered. Music notes left by the killer reveal that whoever the murderer is is avenging Keiji Asou.

Kaitou Kid stands on top of a building with his butler. He discusses the time he was almost caught by a famous Detective in the East, Shinichi Kudo. Afterwards Mouri has been invited to a detective meeting by an unknown assailant who sends him money. There are Six detectives there excluding Conan. They are in a house where a massacre happened years ago. One of the detectives are killed and they are stranded in the mansion as the bridge has been cut and the cars have been burned. It also appears that the unknown assailant is using the name Phantom Thief Kid. After solving the case, Mouri was revealed to be Kid in disguise and escapes before Conan could capture him. First appearance of Saguru Hakuba, Konosuke Jii, Keiko Momoi, and Toichi Kuroba. We see the infamous black star heist where Kudo and Kaito face off. A flashback is shown where Shinichi teams up with Megure to try and outsmart the Kid, which they almost do.

After getting off a train, Mouri and Conan witnessed a struggle between two men over a backpack. Later, one of the men fell off the building and died. The other man named Sanben is questioned. He said that his backpack was stolen while he was in the washroom, and he was trying to retrieve it from the other man, Kurin. However, the accident turned out to be a murder made to look like an accident. Sanben's motive was revenge for his girlfriend, whose death was supposedly caused by her dashing across the road, but was actually caused by the drunk Kurin whose car ran over her.

Conan and Agasa decided to bring a very sick Ai to the clinic, but the clinic happened to be filled and they had to wait at least 2 hours before their turn. They then decided to first have lunch at a nearby shopping mall. At the car park of the shopping mall, they spot four porsches, with a drunk man sleeping in one of them. Later, Conan and Agasa meet Ran, Sonoko and Jodie at a restaurant while Ai rested in Agasa's car. Conan noticed Jodie's suspicions when she heard Ran mention Ai. He was then interviewed by a TV crew and decided to return to the car and bring Ai away as he knew he could have been spotted by people from the Organization through television. However, when he returned to the car park, the man in the Porsche was found dead, and Conan has to solve the case. Vermouth Jodie

Ai and Agasa could not leave the shopping mall as the exit was blocked by the police. Jodie notices the sick Ai in Agasa's car and remembers her from the bus hijacking case. Jodie thinks she may have finally figured out who Ai is. After Conan solved the case, Vermouth is shown in her room and she apparently knows Sherry's whereabouts. This episode reveals bits and pieces of Ai's family. Ai knows very little about her parents, and considers her mother a cold and mysterious woman, nicknamed "Hell Angel" by the Organization. Professor Agasa then brought Conan and her to the house of her father's old friend, who is also a professor. Later, after leaving the bathroom, that professor is murdered, leading Ai to believe the Black Organization is behind it. What is the secret of the bathroom, and what does it have to do with Ai and her estranged family?

Conan solves the case and retrieves the secret that Akemi hid in the bathroom. It turned out to be a set of cassette tapes, recorded by Elena, Akemi and Ai's deceased mother, for Ai's birthday every year right up till the year she turns 20 (the official age as an adult in Japan). The episode ended with Conan saying that Ai's mother was a true angel. Ai receives voice recordings of her mom. At the end of the episode Vermouth is talking on the phone with Calvados.

Sonoko, Ran and Conan are guests at a wedding to be conducted at the Dutch theme park Huis Ten Bosch in Nagasaki. Upon arrival, there was unmistakable tension from the groom's household members (a banking family) towards the bride-to-be, who was not from an elite background. Subsequently, loss of a valuable heirloom ring given to the bride by the groom threatens to end the marriage before it begun. As Ran, Sonoko and Conan worked hard to locate the missing ring, the bride-to-be herself went missing. More complication arose it was revealed that a decade before, the bride-to-be's father, a glass artisan, committed suicide after being unable to repay a loan to the bank owned by the groom's family. Ran catches the bride's bouquet! And Conan runs away saying "fate isn't on my side!"

Jodie is planning to leave, and Ran and Sonoko, stunned by the news, decide to throw her a going away party. They go into the store and find young woman named Aya being accused of shoplifting by her boss. They manage to come up with three possible suspects. Ran attempts to call Shinichi or Conan for help, since both are better at solving mysteries, but surprisingly, Jodie stops her and tells her to use her own deduction. First appearance of Aya Nanakawa. Ran solves a case, with some help from Jodie-sensei.

Aya's boss threatens to fire her and call the police if the case isn't solved, leaving Ran as her only hope. Ran speaks to Shinichi before sharing her deduction. She yells about a fire, forcing the culprit, who was hiding in the store, to reveal him. From there, Ran explains her theory, and he confesses his actions. Later, Ran discovers pictures of Shinichi, Conan, and Ai at Jodie's house. Ran discovers pictures of Shinichi, Conan, and Ai at Jodie's house.

Professor Agasa has created a computer program that can give you the identity of anyone in the world. He decides to use it on figuring out who Kaitou Kid is. Before he does, the program gives him a history of the Kid, as well as preview clips of the eighth movie. When he is about to finally figure out who the Kid is, Kid appears on the computer screen, announcing he has hacked the program. This special is about past cases involving Kaitou Kid.

Kogoro and Sonoko are invited to party held on a ship. Ai, who caught a cold during the last case, stays at Agasa's house to recuperate. Conan finds a new member of the Black Organization named Vermouth, the member which Ai was frightened of, most notably in episodes 230-231. During the party, Kogoro finds that the captain of the ship was murdered and decides to investigate. But unbeknownst to him, a mysterious figure also decides to investigate. First appearance of Calvados. Jodie and Akai's whereabouts are explored.   Another encounter occurs in which Vermouth reveals she knows about Ai's true identify and the FBI learns about it. Jodie is found to be FBI member which was trying to capture Vermouth along with Akai. Vermouth didn't shoot Ran after remembering that she saved her.

James Black enters Jodie's hospital room, and discusses her current situation. Later, Haibara also enters, and Jodie asks of her to please consider entering the witness protection program. Haibara says she will think about it, and is a little distant to Conan and the Detective Boys later. While walking home, Ayumi walks into a man covered in a trenchcoat, running. He drops a bloody knife. Also, Genta has a strange mark on his shorts. Takagi and Sato are investigating a murder, and Conan, Haibara, and the Detective Boys help the investigation.

Conan discovers the mark on Genta's shorts has to do with the murderer's car. Takagi, Sato, Chiba, and Megure round-up a group of suspects. Ayumi discovers that she knows which of them is the murderer. However, she is too scared to confront them, but she wants to. Haibara tells her that sometimes it's brave to not show yourself, to which Ayumi responds that she doesn't want to run away because, "If I run away, I can't win!" These words ring in Haibara's head. Ayumi confronts the killer, and additional evidence thanks to Conan is able to solve the case. Haibara later finally tells Jodie that no, she will not go into the witness protection program. Haibara is shown smiling, as is Conan. Jodie asks Haibara to enter the Witness Protection program, but she refuses after hearing Ayumi say "If I run away, I can't win." Later, Jodie and James compare Haibara's refusal to Jodie's insistence on joining the FBI as a girl after her father was murdered.

Kogoro and Conan are relaxing in the cafe below Kogoro's office. There, Azusa hands them a cell phone that had been left there a few days before. It is almost dead, and when it was on, strange angry phone calls would come in. She is hoping Kogoro can find the owner. When Conan turns the phone on, he sees strange numbers in the phone's address book. Later, Yumi Miyamoto enters the cafe and says that the man was hit by a truck, and died. Could that man have to do with the cell phone? First appearance of Officer Numata.

After some investigating by Conan, Kogoro, and Yumi, there are able to locate the identity of the killed man, as well as the secrets of the cell phone. Conan figures out that the numbers are not real contacts, but are very important pieces of confidential and scandalous information. Later, the men behind the scheme on the phone are captured.

Conan, the Detective Boys, Sonoko, and Ran all enter a fishing tournament, that includes famous fishermen. While everyone goes their own way to fish, one of the fishermen is found murdered. Inspector Jugo Yokomizo arrives on the scene, and begins questioning each participant. No one was by the victim when they died. Can Conan figure out the case, as well as the trick the killer used?

Conan begins an investigation. He is able to discover who the killer is, and how they murdered the victim, as well as the evidence necessary to arrest them. Conan stuns Sonoko when the trophies are being given out, and solves the case.
