Masaharu Okuwaki (奥脇 雅晴 ,Okuwaki Masaharu), born March 19, 1958, is a Japanese screenplay writer, storyboardist, episode director and director from Yamanashi. He is usually being credited with his pen name Masaki Ozora (大宙 征基 ,Ōzora Masaki).
