The Special Manga was released in Germany under the name Detective Conan : Short Stories.
German version publication started in 2005 published by Egmont Manga, previously it was serialized in Manga Twister magazine. Last issue was published in 2008. It was revealed in a 2017 interview with editor Steffen Hautog that Egmont was probably not going to restart serializing the special manga again, as it didn't sell well[1].
