Due to the housemaid's behavior, Conan pressures the housemaid about the vase. That night, Kogoro and Conan ambush her in the middle of returning the vase to the crime scene. The next day, court resumes and Reiko presents the documents pertaining Ishigaki's burrowed money and the murder weapon found in a distant pound. Eri calls the maid up as a witness who explains she found the vase at a garbage collection point. Eri then calls upon Kogoro whom Conan tranquilizes and reveals the culprit to be the brother-in-law, Toru Tsukano. Conan explains that after Tsukano murdered Ishigaki, he took a document, hunt up the painting, and hid behind the door as Iwamatsu entered the room and knocks the vase to Tsukano's feet. Tsukano hides the knife and gloves inside the vase and leaves the vase at the garbage collection point and establish and alibi. He then afterwards placed the knife in the park and disposes the gloves he used to commit the murder. As evidence, a bloody fingerprint is found in the vase. Tsukano confesses and reveals he embezzled money from Ishigaki whom took his sister's deed to a land as a result and enraging Tsukano to murder him. In the end Iwamatsu is cleared of murder charges and Tsukano will be trailed for murder. | |||||||||

Kogoro, Ran and Conan are invited to the sweet maker's White Day Party. Urai; the present of the company along with his wife, Hoshie; the vice president of the company invites them to the party. Urai and Hoshie invite the famous "Sleeping Kogoro" to thank him for co-operation in the commercial promoting the chocolate. While there, the present of the company is murdered. The culprit tried to make it look like a suicide but Conan thinks it was a homicide. Conan has a feeling that the culprit is the wife, Hoshie; will Conan be able to prove it though?

Conan finds proof thst this case is not a suicide but a homicide. Although the murderer hid and disposed of the evidence really well; they eventually found proof that can identify the murderer. Conan; using "Sleeping Kogoro" reveals the trick to the case and the murderer. The murder is infact the wife, Hoshie. It is revealed that she killed him because he made her former boyfriend commit suicicde. After the case; Juzo gives a call to Midori to get her to find her White Day Gift, Sato finds Takagi's chocolate in the glove compartment, Kobayashi recieves Shiratori's gifts, Eri eats Kogoro's chocolate and Ran is dissapointed that Shinichi did not give her a White Day Present when Sonoko got one from Makoto. When she looks in the mail box and thinks it is mail for Kogoro; it turns out to be cough drops from Shinichi.
Note: No Conan's Hint was given this episode because of uncertainty of Conan's next airdate likely due to the March 2011 Tsunami.

Heiji and Kazuha arrive at the Mori Detective agency revealing he was hired by a man named Shinichi Inubushi, one of the eight illegitimate children of the rich Tsunechika Inubushi. After Tsunechika's death, the health of his wife, Satomi, begins to fail and subsequently two of the illegitimate children are murdered. Believing the murderer is after the inheritance, Shinichi surrenders his share and takes up his mother's surname, Kudo, and has Heiji investigate the murders. Heiji and Conan drop by Kudo's home only to find out from his personal care assistant, Funae Abukawa, that he is asleep. After half an hour, they discover Kudo dead from Carbon monoxide poisoning caused by a single charcoal burner. Their investigation reveals Abukawa is the murderer, as Kudo's body revealed he died much earlier and a single charcoal burner would take too long to fill the entire room. Abukawa confesses to have set up the crime scene but explains she found Kudo dead in his closet and was threatened by the murderer to cover that fact. Heiji and Conan discover a pink pearl in Kudo's mouth and perceive it as a dying message to indicate the murderer. | |||||||||

Conan and Heiji decied to pay a visit to the Inubushi Castle along with Kogoro, Ran and Kazuha to find out more about the dying message. On the way there, they almost drive off a cliff but they are warned by Miyuki Inubushi; one of the adopted children and they stopped just in time. Miyuki leads them to the house where they meet three more of the eight adopted children: Takako Inubushi, Tomoaki Inubushi and Yoshiya Inubushi. They also hear about one of the myths of a blazed demon dog that has cursed the Inubushi Castle. The myth states that one of the ancestors burned a dog alive when the only daughter of the Inubushi family went missing. They searched for her but when the Inubushi dog came back with the daughter in it's jaws, injured and near death; the master of the house whipped the dog endlessly and then set it on fire. But when the daughter regained consciousness, she told the master that the dog saved her as she was lost in the mountains and collapsed. But he regretted his actions and made proper grave for the dog; the next day, there was a fire and the only one that did not make it out of the fire was the master. Since then, it was said that the castle has been cursed. When Conan, Heiji, Kogoro, Ran, Kazuha and Miyuki go to see the grave of the demon dog below the cliff, Saki, one of the adopted children; goes over the cliff with her bicycle and falls right in front of them and claims that she was chased by a firey demon dog, she dies later because of this. They all find out that near the murders of the other children, there were some sort of spheres near by so Conan and Heiji go to investigate. Ran and Kazuha decide to help out around the house so Miyuki asks them to feed the dog Hachi; just then, the blazed demon dog appears. | |||||||||

Ran, Conan and Kogoro were invited to London by an old, rich woman, Diana, for finding her cat Venus. Conan had a problem in his passport so Haibara gave him 2 antidote for going and returning from London he also told Ran that he is coming on next flight with Professor Agasa. After they arrived to London they went to Sherlock Holmes Museum, outside Conan met a boy named Apollo brother of Minerva Glass known as the Grass Court Queen. Apollo wants to see Sherlock Holmes to solve a code, given to him by a strange man, that will prevent a person being murdered. Conan told the boy that he is Holmes Apprentice and offer to solve the code.

The code causes Conan, Ran, Kogoro and the Professor to separate. Ran is wondering of she should call Shinichi for help but decides not to because it would be awkward since she yelled at him. In front of the Sherlock Holmes statue, she waits for Kogoro but while she is waiting; she meets a woman who turns out to Minerva Glass; the famous tennis player. Minerva was wondering if Ran was having love troubles and she gives her advice about how love is like tennis. In tennis, Love is 0 no matter how many times you add 0 you lose miserably. Because Conan is too busy solving the code and not coming to dinner, Ran calls Shinichi for help. When Ran is reading the riddle the Big Ben rings, revealing that Shinichi is in London. Conan ran but was cornered in a phone booth. He then take the antidote which is for his trip home and confront Ran as Shinichi. | |||||||||

Back at the hotel, Shinichi(using the voice of Conan), said that he has a cold and told Kogoro and Ran to break the riddle. Ran and Kogoro are able to find and solve some of the lines in the code. Shinichi and the Professor are able to research online about the suspect who supposedly is going to commit the crime; Sabara Hades. Hades is the person who bombed the hospital in London regarding the riddles. Because of Ran's shyness, Kogoro calls Shinichi via Ran's cellphone asking for help because the riddle involves Sherlock Holmes. Along the way, they find 4 letters and one letter is repeated because of the riddle, letter 'A', forming the word "SATAN" and Shinchi turned back to Conan, unconviniently. | |||||||||

Ran, Kogoro and Apollo have now been directed to go to an area in London named Elephant and Castle. There they see a man with brief case that says "Identitiy", Shinichi says it is related to one of the first Sherlock Holmes books written. Following Shinichi's instructions; they find the letter "U". It is revealed that the code is actually the word "SATURN". With this they deduce that some murder will happen on Saturday. The next day; Kogoro, Ran, the Professor and Conan who is now feeling better from his cold, coNnect the places on the map to reveal a demented shape of a tennis racket. This leads them to the Wimbldon match, and concludes that Hades' target is the Glass Court Queen, Minerva Glass. Minvera Glass is now playing her matching and asking for help. Will Conan be able to save her?

Minerva continues to lose the game when Conan realizes that she is serving in a particular pattern. She is actually using her serves to create a message in braille. She keeps hitting the word "HELP". Conan realizes this and says he is Holmes's Apprentice and he is here to help her. She then starts serving her real message. She writes out, "GAME SET DEATH MOM". Conan deduces that Hades is in fact after Minerva's mom and not Minerva herself. Now, Conan has to find Hades before the game ends or he will blow up a bomb and kill Minerva's mother. Will he be able to do it before the time runs out.? | |||||||||

With the help of Minerva, Conan is able to locate Hades. The way he uses to locate him is by asking Minerva to give her opponent the championship point, after that her wanted her to stretch the rally to be really long so that the audience follows the ball and Hades who is only watching Minerva's mother will not follow. When the rally ends wih the ball on Minerva's side; everyone believes she has lose until she challenges the umpire and it turns out the ball is out and Minerva is still in the game. Hades is finally captured by the police with the assistance of Minerva and Conan. Later it is revealed that Shinichi's parents are in London because Haibara asked them to brring Shinichi another antidote because she knew he would use it before he came back. Minerva ends up winning the match and Ran sends her a text about what Shinichi said "It is true that in tennis Love is 0 but 0 is where everything starts and without it, nothing would be born if they didn't depart from there and nothing would be acheived." It also revealed the confession between Shinichi and Ran in episode 617.
