Conan has become addicted to reading the Yaiba manga that he often borrows from the Detective Boys. Later, Kaitou Kid plans to steal a sword treasured by the Mine family, from Gosho's Yaiba manga. Conan realizes that everything is all a dream when he notices little things are different about everyone around him.
2	16 Suspects!?	2002
Conan, Ran, Kogoro, and many of their friends, are invited to Shiratori's villa for a gathering and a small party. Shiratori shows off his prized wine, including his most expensive wine, and one of the rarest. However, his most prized bottle is smashed, and no one knows who among the 16 guests, including Conan himself, is a suspect. Can Conan, Heiji, and Eri solve the case?
3	Conan, Heiji, and the Vanished Boy	2003
Conan and Ran visit Kazuha and Heiji in Osaka, and Conan meets three people who look a lot like the Detective Boys, but only with some changes in looks and character. They are looking for a friend of theirs who has gone missing. Can Conan and Heiji find the boy before something bad happens to him?
4	Conan, Kid, and the Crystal Mother	2004
Conan and Ran are on a train, and Inspector Ginzo Nakamori, Kaitou Kuroba, and Aoko Nakamori are all on the same train. Conan hears that Ginzo is there to stop the Kaitou Kid from stealing a rare crystal jewel. Can Kaitou really steal the jewel with Aoko on the same train as him, and what happens when Conan learns that another person is trying to steal the jewel for themselves? Aoko and Kaitou share some good chemistry whilst eating together.
5	The Target is Kogoro!! The Detective Boys' Secret Report	2005
The Detective Boys' project in school is to follow someone with a job around, and present a report to their class. The Detective Boys choose Kogoro Mouri, who at first is very flattered and kindly answers their questions in an interview, but bails out when they begin to ask personal questions about his personal life. Conan and the Detective Boys instead decide to follow him while he goes at work, and when they are discovered by Kogoro, he decides to let them help him on his case. Will the Detective Boys, Conan, and Kogoro foil the kidnapping plot?
6	Follow the Vanished Diamond! Conan and Heiji vs Kid!	2006
A diamond thief accidentally calls the Mouri Detective Agency, and calls Conan. The theif sounds exactly like Heijji, only with no Kansai accent. So, Conan calls Heiji over to their home to call everyone with a number similar to theirs, to see if anyone responds. After meeting up with Inspector Ginzo Nakamori, Heiji, Conan, and Ginzo all confront the person who lost the diamond, and then chase after the real thief. Can Conan find the thief, and what happens if there is also ANOTHER person looking for the diamond? We learn of what Ginzo does for the police, when not pursuing Kaitou Kid: fraud cases.
7	A Challenge from Agasa! Agasa vs Conan and the Detective Boys	2007
Dr. Agasa has a challenge that he has written up for the Detective Boys, and he jokingly pretends that he is kidnapped. However, thinks take a bad turn when he is REALLY kidnapped, and Conan and the Detective Boys do their best to find out where he is. However their chances are very low as Agasa's glasses are gone, so he cannot see all that well when describing the things around him... Can Conan and the Detective Boys follow the plot of the kidnappers, as well as rescue Agasa?
8	The Casebook of Female High-School Detective Suzuki Sonoko	2008
Sonoko volunteers to write and direct a play for her local church's charity, wanting to also be the star of the play. She decides to make it a murder mystery, where she outsmarts Kogoro. However, after telling a portion of the play to Ran, Conan, and the Detective Boys, Haibara finds flaws in many of the scenes, making Sonoko try her best to re-write it. Can Conan and the Detective Boys help Sonoko write her play by that night? Also, what happens when Ran decides to call a certain famous high school detective for advice? In Ran's fantasy, she dreams of Shinichi finally returning to her.
9	The Stranger from Ten Years Later	2009
Conan has a cold, and he is stuck in bed, sick, and unable to go to school. While resting, he overhears Sonoko telling Ran to dump Shinichi and date someone else, because he is never around. She cites Dr. Araide as an example. Conan gets angry and goes to Agasa's house, where Haibara announces that she has an antidote for him to try out. He takes it, and immediately passes out. He wakes up, and finds that he is now Conan Edogawa at 17 years old, and everyone around him as aged. The Detective Boys have their own Detective club. Conan asks Haibara what happened, and she says that he has taken her antidote's so many times that for the past three years, he had become immune to them. Conan runs to the Mouri Detective Agency, to find Sonoko drinking alcohol, while Kogoro muses over Yoko Okino's retirement from the music scene. He learns from Sonoko that Ran is planning on either accepting or rejecting Dr. Tomoaki Araide's marriage proposal, and is currently at the one place that she had the most memories with Shinichi. What will happen when Conan meets Ran? Ran refuses Araide's proposal because she is still waiting for Shinichi.

2	Magic File 2: The Case of the Mysterious Wall and the Black Lab	April 19, 2008
Shinichi Kudo is playing soccer in the park. While there, he sees a man who is trying to confirm his alibi for when his Grandmother was murdered, as he was drunk and passed out in the park at the time, but has no one that can verify his alibi, and he is the prime suspect. Shinichi decides to help. Due getting so concentrated in this case, Shinichi gets into a big fight with Ran Mouri, the longest fight they've ever been in. After Shinichi helps solve the case, both him and Ran and shown walking home from school, both wanting to end the fighting. They both see cherry blossom's, and hear someone sing "Amazing Grace," which leads into the 12th movie, and ends the week long fight between the two.
3	Magic File 3: Mahjong Pieces and the Memories from Tanabata	April 18, 2009
Kogoro is playing mahjong with his friends, while Conan watches him. After Kogoro embarrasses himself and loses, Conan relays the story to Agasa, Haibara, and the Detective Boys. The Detective Boys are then taught by Conan, Haibara, and Agasa, the rules of mahjong. The next day, Conan and Ran both try to help Kogoro in winning, to no avail. Ran and Conan play with other unused mahjong tiles. One of Kogoro's friends who is not playing brings in a bamboo tree, which is used in Tanabata festivals, and this leads Ran to remembering an old Tanabata festival from when her and Shinichi were younger. Ran relays a story to both Conan and Kogoro's friend, about how she wished that Eri and Kogoro would get back together, and her wish had indeed came true, for only one day, before they fought again. A mean kid from her class makes fun of Ran for having separated parents, and while Sonoko comes to Ran's aid, Shinichi just silently listens. Later, he bribes the kid with a photo of Ran (The boy had a crush on her,) to help show Eri the card with Ran's wish on it, as a way for the boy to make up for how he treated her. After the story, a man at the mahjong game gets angry and leaves, thinking that Kogoro has left a message for him with unusued tiles. This leads to Conan narrating about how he remembers a case involving a serial killer and mahjong tiles... the next day, Conan agrees to go bug hunting with the Detective Boys.

Also, is her little baby son, Shinichi, trying to give her clues?
5	The Mysterious Murder Plan (The Making of Conan)	December 22, 1999
The Detective Boys are walking along and overhear some people talking about a murder plan, and a weapon. They tell Conan, whom reassures them that nothing is wrong via the badge. They go through the building where the "suspects" are at, and learn about the ways that Detective Conan episodes are created, and the way the voice actors provide their voices, as well as view the meeting room where the murders and plots are planned out. After they finally understand what is going on, they meet Conan outside of the building, for he has a case for them!

8	Detective Conan Movie 8 Pre-Release Special	2004
Dr. Agasa has created a computer program that can give you the identity of anyone in the world. He decides to use it on figuring out who Kaitou Kid is. Before he does, the program gives him a history of the Kid, as well as preview clips of the eighth movie. When he is about to finally figure out who the Kid is, Kid appears on the computer screen, announcing he has hacked the program.
