The sole volume of 3rd Base 4th (4番サード Yoban Sādo ) has been published in many countries other than in its original run in the Shonen Sunday and its publishing in Japan by Shogakukan. Here are other countries where the manga was released.

In Hong Kong, the Japan Shogakukan Authorized Hong Kong Chinese Version (日本小學館正式授權香港中文版) publishing company was responsible for releasing the manga, which was released in 2006. It had the name 決戰甲子園 (Juézhàn jiǎzǐyuán, literally meaning Decisive battle at Koshien).
