Background
He is Saguru's father and holds the highest police rank as Superintendent General of the Tokyo MPD. He has replaced Rokuro Momota, who helded it seven years ago. His family is likely wealthy since his son attended London Bridge High School and has an old housekeeper. His younger brother[1] owned the Hakuba Research Center, a research laboratory in Ekoda. He's told his son all about the son of the chief of the Osaka Police, saying Heiji was a very intuitive detective. The one in charge when he is not in function is his senior close aide, Toshio Moroboshi.
Personality
He is a humoristic man, always happy, and takes things a bit without serious, like Kaitou Kid, when he met Nakamori and just patted him laughing. His son is somewhat embarrassed by that reckless behavior, but he must bear it.
Appellations
Plot overview
