Established in 1990, the Chuang Yi Publishing Pte Ltd. (simplified chinese : 创艺出版社 / traditional chinese : 創藝出版社) was a distributor of japanese manga translated into chinese. Based in Singapore, it rapidly started serializing the Detective Conan manga, until it was forced to close in 2013. All its serializations were transferred to Shogakukan Asia, who went on the publish the [[English Manga (Shogakukan Asia)|Detective Conan manga in english]].
