Maki Ohguro (大黒摩季 Ōguro Maki?) (born December 31, 1969) is a Japanese pop singer-songwriter from Sapporo, Hokkaido. Ohguro began her career in 1989 as a backing vocalist for artists under Being, Inc. and debuted as a singer in 1992 with the single "STOP MOTION". Because of her rare public appearances, she was originally known as a phantom singer, like Izumi Sakai of ZARD. In 2001, she transferred over to EMI Music Japan. She then went on a hiatus from 2010 to 2015 due to illness. In 2016, she resumed her music activities under Being, Inc. once again.

In her 25th anniversary as a singer in 2017, Ohguro made her first contribution to the Detective Conan series with the 45th opening theme "Lie, Lie, Lie,". Previously, she has also performed "Anata Dake Mitsumeteru", the first closing theme for Slam Dunk in 1993 and "Sora", the first opening theme for Chūka Ichiban! in 1997.
