Conan puts Kogoro to sleep in Mizuki's appartment, and reveals his deduction. The "Man" was the real Hooded Man that attacked several women before, but the culprit that killed Yoko is Mizuki Tachibana, she used the same weapon as the Hooded Man to kill Yoko so that she could blame the murder on him and get away with it. She even used the incident of the Hooded Man attacked her to switch her real murder weapon stick with the Hooded Man's stick to strengthen her plan. The evidence was the jacket with Yoko's blood on it and the Hooded Man's stick in her bag. Mizuki's motive was because Yoko always take everything good away from her, even her boyfriend, Yoko also wanted Mizuki to be attack by the Hooded Man and that's the main reason that Mizuki killed her.
