Background
He appears in the episode 996 as a falconer who has a hawk that was suspect of the death of his acquaintance Genichi Takehara, the owner of a mountain café. His hawk wasn't the culprit, but a human, that turns out to be the wife of the victim.

He is a person who takes care too much of the animals and his hawk. If someone is disturbing some animal he will be angry, but is a good heart man.
