Oki (大木 Ōki)[1], alias Rose (ローズ Rōzu), is a non-canon Magic Kaito Organization member that appears only in OVA 4, Conan, Kid, and the Crystal Mother.

Background
Rose is an assassin who works under Snake. She is with her boss aboard the Royal Express during its itinerary from Tokyo to Osaka, which other passengers boarded also including Conan, Ran, Kaito, Aoko, and Inspector Nakamori. Her plan is to help Snake kill Kaitou Kid and take from him the gem he will steal from the Queen that might be Pandora and, in the ensuing mess, kill Queen Selizabeth of Ingram so she can be known as the best sniper.
After Snake was successfully knocked out by Kid on the roof of a car, Rose disguised herself as one of the train attendants to get at the queen and shoot her, but Conan puts her out of action with his anesthesia chronometer.
Appearance
In Rose's initial appearance, she has dark red, almost brown hair that just barely reach her shoulders. She wears a red coat over a gray v-neck. Her pants and shoes are also dark gray. Her socks are purple or pink, matching her codename, and her nails are painted a shade of maroon. Her lipstick is also red.
In her second appearance, she disguises herself as an employee on The Royal Express. She keeps on her purple or pink socks, which gives her away to Conan.

She has confidence in her sharpshooting skills, but she has never been shown in the act of actually firing a gun. She has attempted to assume a disguise, but that ended in failure.
