Trivia
- The coffee shop Peach Sunday reappears in Magic File 2: Shinichi Kudo, The Case of the Mysterious Wall and the Black Lab, but not the owner and the waitress.
- The ambulance with license plate number 新宿 88, せ 41-67 (Shinjuku 88, Se 41-67) is the same from The Bank Robber's Hospitalization Case and The Traveling Drama Troupe Murder Case (Part 1), but this time there is a mistake with 33, instead 88.
- This is the first case that brought up the fact that Conan does like Coffee, since he blurted out what he wanted, and Ayumi was puzzled about him wanting coffee, just before the incident.
