It turns out that all three brothers tried to kill each other. After finding out Yuzaburo tried to kill him, Yuichiro Morikawa kills him off by freezing him in his room. Yujiro then tries to push Yuichiro into the mixing tank, but Yuichiro ends up getting the upper hand and kills him accidentally. Yuzan, who oversaw all of this using the cameras installed in every room, grabs the last bit of his strength and kills Yuichiro. After being found out by Conan, Yuzan confesses and leaves all the matter of the inheritance to him before dying.

Aftermath

Conan decides to leave the entire Morikawa estate to Yuka Shito, in whom he saw actual interest in the soft-cream ice creams over the money. The case ends with Conan, Ran and Kogoro leaving on the boat and Ran showing two huge stacks of soft-serve she made thanks to the skills she learned from Yuka.
