Heiji and Kazuha arrive at the Mouri agency with Osaka's, Inspector Otaki to inform Kogoro, and specifically Conan, of a suspicious case in Tokyo. The police had kept watch on all entrances to victim, Hidemichi Mizuki's apartment, only to find him hung with a limited edition chair knocked below his feet.
