Case

Situation

Part 1

Three people, Moyono Mibu, Seinosuke Nagata, and Tatsurou Seikanji, gather by a dim candle with masks to discuss a murder and the profits/inheritance afterwards. They decide to all attempt to murder a man, and whoever succeeds, receives 80% of the inheritance, while the other two receive 10% to remain silent about the murder.

Kidnapping
	Location: Noh Mask Museum Victim: Conan Edogawa and Ran Mouri Culprit: Tatsurou Seikanji Conan and Ran are kidnapped and thrown in a locked room by Tatsurou to prevent them from calling the police.

On the other hand, Kogoro receives a letter that asks for his assistance in preventing and warning Jisaburou Izumi's life is in danger. The letter has no signature, but Kogoro takes on the case when Conan mentions Jisaburou Izumi is wealthy. The crew continue to Jisaburou Izumi's museum, only to witness and barely help Jisaburou Izumi escape a series of "accidents" setup by his three managers.

The culprit is Hatsuho Toba. She killed Akaza by applying the poison on the back of her spoon when trying the cheese so the poison would get on all but the section of cheese that she tasted. Then she switched out the spoon when she wiped away the dropped cheese on Jisaburou's clothing. She stabbed Moyono with an iron skewer when Moyono's guard was down. She proceeded to stab Jisaburou with two iron skewers connected together to make the wound look like a chisel. She wrote the letter to Mouri so he could prove her innocence. Hatsuho annoyingly confesses that she loathes Moyono for living in luxury as Jisaburou's lover while she has her mother had to suffer, Akaza for his attempts to seduce her, and Jisaburou himself for secretly selling her father's Noh Masks, as well as the entire museum itself. Nevertheless, she failed to finish off Jisaburou due to Conan indirectly telling him to protect himself from stab wound just in case.
