Kaori Kitasaka receives a message from Conan, which can be translated in English to "Hairy caterpillar and hairless caterpillar." She is able to decipher the code hidden in the message (due to her ability in deciphering Tanuki Code): "It's good that you parted ways with him." Upon reading the text, Kaori's anger dissipates, and she does not shoot the groom; instead, she hands him a bouquet of flowers as a present. The case ends well, and at the end, the Detective Boys are seen excited about the coming visit to the Bell Tree Tower.
