Intrigue at Morikawa Mansion (Anime: 1050-1051)
Kogoro, Ran, and Conan are invited by a chairman, whose body has been consumed by late-stage cancer, to his mansion in a remote island under Tokyo jurisdiction, asking the detective to help him. Meanwhile, his lawyer is also one of the participants rewriting the will. He secretly monitores every actions made by the three sons, to see who genuinely deserves the legacy. However, he breaks the entrustment contract set by the owner and calls the police beforehand, to allow them to approach the island as soon as possible.
The Boiled Fugu Mystery Tour Showdown (Anime: 1074-1075)
He introduces Kogoro, Ran, and Conan to visit Shimonoseki. At the beginning, he shares the detail information regarding the case exclusively to Conan, owing to the fact that he solved the preview case. However, this was interrupted by Kogoro, because thinking he must be the sole detective here. He then provides supports for Conan's case investigation and sees him telling the deduction. Although Conan proclaims that all of the deductions came from Kogoro, he surely knows Conan is not a commonplace kid.
The Glassy Water's Surface (Anime: 1174-1175)
Hiroki Oi meets Kogoro, Ran and Conan at the Mouri Detective Agency to ask for his help in solving a mysterious death for his client Kanta Tsuji, who lives in northern Kyoto Prefecture. He briefs them about the whereabouts of the victim and the fact the he died two weeks prior in a death seemingly related to the folk legend of Urashima Tarō and hands the Mouris a children's book. Kogoro accepts the case and the three head to Kyoto Prefecture. Later, Conan calls Oi to inform him that he has made some progress and asks Oi, who is answering the phone from his car, about details from the case, which he provides. Following the death of one of the suspects, Conan calls Oi again with questions about the suspects. At the end of the case, Conan tells him that the case was solved, which he thanks him for, and gives him a box of Kyoto Yatsuhashi sweets as souvenirs.
