Hiroki Oi is a lawyer in Beika.
Plot overview
Intrigue at Morikawa Mansion (Anime: 1050-1051)
Kogoro, Ran, and Conan were invited by Yuzan Morikawa, whose body has been consumed by late-stage cancer, to a remote island under Beika jurisdiction, where his mansion was located, asked the detective to help him. Meanwhile, his lawyer was also one of the participants rewriting the will. He secretly monitored every actions made by the three sons, to see who genuinely deserves the legacy. However, he broke the entrustment contract set by the owner and called the police beforehand, to allow them to approach the island as soon as possible.
