Background
Kazumi Tsukamoto is a third year at Teitan High school and former captain of the karate club now that Ran inherited the captain's title. She is still a member of the club and taught Ran a kick used during the case.
Personality
She is straightforward, outgoing, and has a tomboyish personality. She doesn't believe in supernatural things such as ghosts. When the hauntings related to her late classmate began at Teitan High School, she was very frustrated by them and wished to teach the culprit a lesson when he was caught.
Appearance
Skills
Her karate skills are about on par with if not slightly below Ran, as she is no longer the team captain. However, she is apparently more versatile and experienced than Ran in techniques, having taught Ran a swivel roundhouse kick, also called whirlwind turn around kick.
