Keita Kaneko is the proprietor of Kaneko Jewerly Store, between Café Haronbo and Ogino Produce Store. He is also the owner of an ultra rare diamond watch: "Blue Diamond Limited Tourbillon Cage No. 3", made by renowned watchmaker C. Soumillon, there's only five of them in the world.
