Hina Wada (和田 陽奈 Wada Hina?) is a character in the manga and anime franchise Detective Conan. A student at Haido High School, she is a strong karateka and Ran's self-proclaimed rival. She appears first in the UFO Sighting Murder Case as a witness, after she noticed a cigar-shaped black mass in the sky during her karate training camp and then went to Ran's father to have him help her find the supposed "alien". She also appears in the episode ONE TV special, which takes place prior to the current timeline, when Shinichi and Ran witness her tackle down a purse snatcher.
