Midori Kuriyama (栗山 緑 Kuriyama Midori ), also known as Jill or Melanie in the Funimation dub[1], is a character in the manga and anime franchise Detective Conan.

Background
Midori Kuriyama is the secretary of Eri Kisaki. She is a young secretary from Tokyo and studied in law in an unknwon university. She quickly joined the Kisaki law firm just after Kogoro separated and Eri created her own law firm. She was integrated as a secretary and works all week since the law firm is pretty busy. She usually comes a bit early at the office to tidy up and organize before Eri comes. She takes care of phone calls, visits, publicity and many other programs that Eri can't necessarily take care of.
Personality
She is a pretty nice lady out of her work and even while working, she likes to joke and have chit-chats. She always keep her good mood and likes to help people and give feedbacks. She doesn't get angry after people and always keep her nice welcomings for the guests.
