Toya (戸矢 Toya) is a character in the manga and anime franchise Detective Conan. In the anime version, she became Totani (戸谷 Totani).

Background
Toya was Teitan Elementary class 1-B's previous homeroom teacher who introduced Conan Edogawa. She quit teaching after married and was replaced by Sumiko Kobayashi.

Mysterious Shadow Case (Manga: 10, Anime: 2)
To keep his cover as a child, Professor Agasa enrolls Conan in first grade at Teitan Elementary School. Bored by the simple curriculum, during P.E. Conan decides to test the new gadget Agasa gave to him earlier, the Power-Enhancing Kick Shoes, using moderate power while playing soccer. To his, Toya and classmates shock, the soccer ball shoots through the goal net and knocks over a large tree.
