Background
Michiko Yoshikawa is Ichiro's girlfriend. They have been together for five years and plan to marry soon. She now works at Ichiro's bookstore café and is one of the co-owners.

She is kind and nice, and always has a smile. She is simple-minded, since only seeing the good sides of things, like when Conan asked her if Ichiro could have injured his father.

The Whistling Bookstore (Anime: 868)
After Yujiro was injured in his bookstore, the Detective Boys went to Ichiro's workplace, Café Café, and he treated them with food. They then met her, who was visiting her boyfriend, and Conan asked her questions which allowed him to understand more thoroughly the culprit's motive.
The Whistling Bookstore 2 (Anime: 951)
Months after the café opened, the Detective Boys helped Yujiro again and visited the bookstore. There, they saw Michiko and Ichiro, who have become fiancés. She only plays a minor role as she doesn't help solve the case.
