 | Every time the morning comes, I think of you
 | Even the beginning of the day is painful
 | Can we never go back to the innocent couple we were?
 | Just being by your side made me happy
 | Afraid of time passing, I cried
 | At the way people’s hearts changed

 | If you don’t wish for something you can’t lose it
 | I can’t stop longing | ||
 | No matter what future is waiting for me

 | After I’ve been dreaming
 | You’re still far away | ||
 | My feelings run on ahead, for nothing
 | I want to keep walking arm in arm with you, like nothings changed
 | Along these streets where flowers rain down
 | |||
 | How long will these days last
 | When no matter how much we fight, no matter how tired we get, I can still see you?
 | |||
 | Sometimes it even depresses me
 | That we were born with feelings

 | We took flight, set out on a journey, and came a long way
 | What I think of on lonely nights
 | Isn’t the person I loved but the days when I was loved
 | |||
 | After I’ve been dreaming
 | I’ll let them go, out the window
 | They come apart before my eyes
 | And when the sound of the wind is gone
 | The sun will pour down quietly
 | So tender that my love increases
 | |||
 | It’s like I was dreaming
 | I can’t reach you now | ||
 | Words with no love won’t reach you
 | It’s like you’re a short distance away, watching over me
 | I smile at you through my confusion
 | |||
 | You’re still far away | ||
 | My feelings run on ahead, for nothing
 | After I’ve dreamed a dream so long that I feel like I’m falling apart

Trivia
- This song was written by singer Nakamura Yuri while she was still in high school, so it holds a very special meaning for her. In live performances, it often makes her emotional, as can be seen from the "Happy 5th Anniversary livescope" where she started to cry.
- Of all GARNET CROW songs, this one has been officially remixed the most, with a total of three.
- As an official good during the band's 2010 live tour "The Best Tour," music boxes featuring Mysterious Eyes and Yume Mita Ato De were available to buy, these two songs being the ones most commonly associated with GARNET CROW.
